- Not allowed to speak or write bad words and respect all other users
- Not allowed to do conversations that deal with sectarian, ideological and political differences.
- Not allowed to address words that offend God, religions, the honorable messengers, or the honorable Companions with any inappropriate words.
- Not allowed to login by several devices with fake names to raise the arrangement of the room and this will lead to the banning of all devices.
- Not allowed to enter the rooms illegally, enter with fake devices, use any programs that harm others, or use fake chat applications, thus preventing you from entering permanently and without prior warning
- It is prohibited to enter rooms with inappropriate or inappropriate names for the status of the program or those in charge of it.
- Not allowed to use rooms for personal matters because they are public rooms and everyone has the right to use them.
- It is forbidden to place ads inside the room (sites or other links), emails, phone numbers, or personal photos of others.

When you subscribe to one of the LGANA services , you are fully agreeing to all of the following conditions, not adhering to them leads to canceling your subscription without any claim of compensation:

Sales policy :

- The prices on the site are fixed and can only be reduced in times of special offers.
- Direct speaking is considered primarily for sales man, and the employee has the right to ask the customer to send an email instead of talking to him directly.
- In case of violation of the conditions, LGANA may impose a fine for returning the service, which it estimates, and has the right to set the price without putting it in the conditions, or it may cancel the subscription and you are not entitled to claim any compensation
- We do not provide or support any of the required services except to the owner of the subscription, with his data registered LGANA can provide the subscribers data to any official entity upon request.



Conditions for subscribing:

(in case of non-compliance any of these conditions, your subscription will be canceled completely without any claim of compensation)
- All the topics raised in the room, including text chat, voice chat, or video chat, are fully responsible for room owner.
- Not allowed bring up political, religious and sectarian issues.
- Do not give master account password to anyone.
- Do not give your LGANA account info to anyone.
- Losing master code means canceling your subscription.
- Giving you supervisors or root with full permissions to unknown people and causes to hack your room leads to canceling your subscription or you may incur additional fees to reactivate the subscription or correct errors.
- It is forbidden to enter several devices under fictitious names to raise the arrangement of the room, and this will reduce the room capacity to 25 users.
- Not allowed to enter with duplicate names or a duplicate IP number for more than one user name, therefore the name is considered fictitious, and ignore and ban all names will be applied, a room capacity reduction will be applied to 25 users, then 10 and then the subscription is deleted in case of non-compliance.
- Single user entering multiple real devices or fake names from the same device will block your IP number automatically for 12 hours.
- It is forbidden to place links to (e.g. a sexually image) and sensitive anchoring location (e.g. AR content anchored to a restricted area, such as a military base, or a private property where AR anchoring may cause issues for the property owner);
- Not allowed to upload sexually photos, propaganda or political figures to the registered name photo gallery, and this leads to an immediate cancellation of the subscription.
- It is strictly forbidden to exploit the private chat room for commercial matters of any kind, and the only party responsible for all sales operations is the sales room of LGANA.
- It is forbidden to place links to sexually sites or Drugs or weapons or links to pages that contain scandals, breach of privacy, and the like.
- Not allowed to use personal profile of the protected name by placing advertisements for other sites.
- Not allowed to subscribe to registered nickname similar to other registered name. In this case, the name subscription will be deleted, changed, and a two-month period will be deducted from the date of the new name subscription


All the previous conditions in policy are constantly amended, users and subscribers must review the conditions page on an ongoing basis.
